Roles and responsibilities
- Natasha is the HR Director for the Corporate Functions HR teams within the BBC, this includes partnering with a number of members of the BBC Executive Committee and leading a team providing HR support to the Director General’s office, COO Group (including Technology, Product, Legal, Finance, HR, Commercial Rights and Operations), Corporate Affairs (including Internal and External Communications and Policy) and Strategy.
- Natasha is responsible for the creation and implementation of the BBC’s HR Strategy within Corporate Functions and a member of the HR Leadership Team. Natasha is a trustee of the BBC Hardship fund and also sponsors the Women in STEM (WiSTEM) BBC Staff Network.
Biography
Natasha has over 25 years HR experience, prior to taking on the role of HR Director of Corporate Functions she was the Acting HR Director for News and has worked across a number of different Divisions, including leading the International HR team. Natasha has worked in a number of roles across the BBC and progressed her career through undertaking senior level job shares.
Natasha graduated from UMIST (subsequently incorporated into Manchester University) and has a BSc in Management Science. She qualified for her CIPD from the University of West London.
