Five short blasts of activity to give your child a spring in their step this summer - featuring Shane Long, Caitlin Morris, Michael Obafemi, plus Southampton mascots Sammy and Mary Saint!

These activities from Saints Foundation do not need any equipment - just five minutes and a bit of space.

In partnership with Premier League Primary Stars.

Here are the videos for you and your child to follow.

Routine One with Michael Obafemi

Routine Four with Mary Saint

This routine features bent-over rowing, 'raise the roofs', high knees, marching, and squats. Remember to make sure there's plenty of space when you're moving along with Mary.

Routine Five with Sammy Saint
