Garlic, yoghurt, lemon and fresh mint make a wonderful dip to serve with pitta bread or your favourite kebab.

  1. Crush the garlic with a little salt in a pestle and mortar to make a paste.

  2. Add the yoghurt and lemon juice and stir well. Stir through the mint. Set aside until needed.
