Injured dog rescued from 1,000ft hill
The mountain rescue team said Nova received stitches and was recovering at home

A team of mountain rescuers came to the rescue of a dog that hurt its leg on a tree stump during a walk in the Peak District.
Police were initially called to help a couple with their injured saluki-collie cross at Hope Cross, Derbyshire, at 13:45 BST on Saturday.
Edale Mountain Rescue Team, which then attended, said Nova the dog had torn her rear right thigh exposing a large wound and was in considerable pain.
The team said her wound was cleaned and bandaged before she was carried 1000ft (310m) down a hill back to the campsite.
The team said the saluki-collie cross was a "model patient and kept calm" as the wound was cleaned and bandaged
Nova was then taken to the vets for further treatment.
The mountain rescue team said the dog had received stitches and was now recovering at home.
"A beautiful and brave dog," the team wrote on social media.
"We wish Nova all the very best for a full recovery to roam the hills once more."
