Here are two things to check:
- Check it’s formatted correctly, without any spaces or typos.
- Are you entering an email address you’ve already registered with the BBC? If so, you can simply sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can change it from the page where you sign in.
Remember, if you’re under 13 you’ll need to register with a username, not an email address.
